A Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault
was called to order by Mayor Girardot at 8:00 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members of the Board of Trustees
were present ; Anderson, . Ebn, Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Nichols and
Smith, Absent, None
Minutes of the proceeding meeting read.
Hasbrouck moved seconed by Snit h , That the minutes be approved
as read, Upon vote all present voted Yea ,
Filling of the gutter on the West side of the highway North
from Second Street diecus ed
The Street .and Alley Committee to see Mr .Edwards in.�regard
to how much it would cost the Town
Moving of the posts on the West side of the U.P.park and set
one row of trees East for ° the urpose of a parking place Discussed
Nicols, moved seconed by Hasbrouck that it be referd to the
Park Committee.
Securin$ablue print of the Town ofAult, was refered to the Judiciary
Coma .ittee
Mr Tinker was asked to figure what it would cost to extend the
Water main from the conor of Third Street and Third Avenue North
one block and West to the Union Pacific wright way.
The foliowin bills having been checked by the Finance Committee
were read;

Smith moved seconed by Anderson, that the rills be allowed as
read and warrants drawn on the Tresurer for the same, Upon vote
had all present voted Yea.
Mayor Girardot appointed Mr, Hasbrouck as Mayor Pro - Tem
Anderson report that Mr. Hill promised to move his slauter
house away from the South East part of townbut has not
Hill is to receive a written notice to move his slauter house at a
certain time.
Hasbrouck moved seconed by Anderson, To a.ourn subject to the
