A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION AND POSITION Pr.nx
~ AND MANAGEMENT SALARY SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE THE
POSITION OF WORKPLACE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
adopted an Employee Classification and Position Plan and amended
same as needed; and
WfiEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
adopted a salary resolution with salary schedules including a
Management salary schedule; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has identified a need for the
inclusion of the position of Workplace Development Manager; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate salary range has been
determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification and
Position Plan to include the classification statement for the
position of Workplace Development Manager.
' Section 2. Amend the Management Salary Schedule by
adding the position title of Workplace Development Manager within
the salary range of $3677 -$4472 mo. (47M).
