REGULAR MEETING August 4th. 1925
A regular meeting of fE:e M aura-ofrTrustees of the To'vn of Ault
,was called to order by Mayor Girardot at 7:45 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members of the Board of Trustees
were present ; Anderson, Ehn, Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Nichols, and
Smith Absent, None
Minutes of the proceeding meeting read,
Smith moved seconed by Nichol , that the minutes be approved as
read Upon vote all present voted Yea.
Anderson reported that Mr. Hill had moved his slautor house and
had promised to clean ever thing up sanatary.
Anderson reported that the Cemetery and Parks were in good s hape
The Park Committee report on moving the posts on the West side of
the U.P.Park was that they decided not to have them moved on account
of having no protection for the trees.
Mr.H1,11 complained about Mr.Jing having hogs in the South east part
of Town was discussed by the board :Anderson to have a written notice
served on King to move his hogs at a certin time.
A new Or dinance in regard to Stores c:_oseing on Sundays discussed
no action taken.
The Judiciary Committee report they had done nothing in regard to a
blue print of the Town, Hasbrouck was asked to get pricesand purchase same
if not to high.
Sidewalk South of Mr.Campbells West on third Street Discussed no
action taken.
A Walk across First Avauae at the comer of Fourth Streit Discussed
no action taken.
Opening of A & B Streets discussed Hasbrouck to take action.

warrants drawn on Tresurer for same, Upon vote had all present
Officers of the fire Department discussed No action taken.
Moving of the Band stand from the TJ.P.Park to Liberty Park
on action taken.
Planting of more Trees in Liberty Park discussed no action taken.
Hasbrouck Moved seconed by Fullmer to ajourn subject to the call
of the Mayor
