A RESOLUTION OF THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE FRANKLIN STREET AND
NORTON AVENiJE IN1pROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO.
' S-5192 AND 5-5196, AS BEING CONII'LETE
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1997, the City Council awarded a contract of
$38,780.32 to Ruiz Engineering for the Franklin Street and Norton Avenue Improvement
Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on February 5, 1997, and was completed on
February 21, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $38,313.62; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby fi~d,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Franklin Street and Norton Avenue
Improvement Project, Project No. 5-5192 and 5-5196, as being complete in accordance with
contract documents.
' Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of

1997.
