a. Board homework - using the survey results of key decision points for items in the draft FY17-19
budget workbook, the board decides which items to discuss under the three categories:
1. Agree—fund
2. Disagree — not fund
3. Need more information/questions
b. Other items that should be "cut" or deferred in the budget/financial plan
c. Items not currently in the plan but need to be added or funded earlier
