PURCHASE OF NEW STAFF AND COMMAND
VEHICLES FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION

WHEREAS, Under Section 6-3J3 of the Lynwood Municipal Code,

NOW. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIG OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORUER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That staff is authori~ed to purchase nea Fire Department staff
vehicles and radios thrnu~h informal IriJ proceJure.
Section 2. That the Citv Mana~er or his deci~nee is authorized ta transfer
funds trom Firc Departmcnt sals» accounts to apprupriatc safct~ and eyuipment acwunts to coccr
expcnditures. •
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
