A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was
called to order by Mayor Girardot at 7:45 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members of the Board of Trustees were
present, Anderson, Fhn, Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Sivers and Smith Absent None
Minutes of the preceeding meeting read and approved as read.
Qx'e for of Marshall discussed; No action taken.
Mayor Girardot to have the marshall see about the candy punch boards
in the different places in town.
Street lights at the East end of A & B Streets di scussed, this refered.
to the Street and Alley Committee.
The kind and number of trees to be i-Jlanted in Liberty Park discuss ed
this was refered to the Park and Cemeterl Committee.
Moving of the Band stand from R. P. Par_ k to Liberty Park discussed,
refered to the Park and Cemetery Committee.
The Ault Vol. Fire Department, Discussed. no action. taken..

Anderson moved seconed by Sivers ,that the bills be allowed as read
and warrants drawen on Treasurer for same, upon vote all present voted
Yea.
Dr. Anderson presented his resignation as Town physician, and was
accepted by the Mayor and Board.
Anderson moved seconed by Hasbrouck that Dr. A. C.McCain be appointed
as Town Physician., -Upon vote all present voted Yea.
Cleaning of sidewalks discussed no action taken.
Hasbrouck moved seconed by Fullmer To adjourn subject to the call. of
the Mayor, All present voted Yea.

A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was
called to order to order by Mayor Pro ®,Tem Hasbrouck at 8:00 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members of the Board of Trustees were
present Anderson, Ehn, Sivers, and Srnith .Absent Fullmer.
inutes of the preceeding meeting read and approved as read.
Chains for the Toordson Tractor discussed and reforod to the Street
and Alley Committee to take action when they see fit.
Anderson reported that the Committee decided the number of trees to
plant in Liberty Park and would go to Greeley and pick :there out when
the proper time came to plant there.
Ander Son reported that the Committee had asked different men to put
in a bid on moving the Band stand to Liberty Park ,and he would repot
on it as soon as they turned in their bids.
Names of the Ault Vol.Fire Dept. read..
Painting of Fire Plugs and a sign on the Fire House Discussed.
This was turned over to Sivers .
