A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF TELEPHONE
WIRES AND POLES ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF COOKACRE
AVENUE AND OLANDA STREET

WHEREAS, a sixty-five (65) unit housing development is presently under
construction at Cookacre Avenue and Olanda Street; and
WHEREAS, telephone wires and poles need to be relocated to the west side of
Cookacre Avenue along the project frontage; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the relocation of the telephone wires and
poles is estimated at $50,000; and
WHREAS, the developer of the project has requested assistance with the
relocation of the poles.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the relocation of the telephone wires
and poles on Cookacre Avenue, along the frontage of the housing project.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the
following fund appropriations and transfers:

Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
