Special Meetino.
A special meeting of the board of Trustees of the town of Ault
Was Called to order by Mayor rirardot at 7:45 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members of the board of Trustees
were present, Anderson, Ehn, Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Sivers, Smith,
absent none.
Mayor rlirardot stated that the me Sting was called for the
purpose of discussing needed repairs at the pup.r house, and also
to confirm the apointment of Donald Sivers as clerk to fill the
vacancy caused by the disr~issal of Forrest Ruffner.
The question of the repairs at the pun house was fully dis-
cussed and also the adviseability of purchasing a new pump and
motor combined instead of repairing the old pump. No action was
taken except that the members of the water works committee were
instructed to secure datefrom companies and minic ipalities that have
used this pump, as well as information from the stat Engineer at
Boulder.
Anderson moved seconded by F.hn that Donald Sivers be appointed
to fill the vacancy left by Ruffner. Upon vote had all present voted
Aye.
Fullmer moved seconded by Anderson to adjoyupn subject to the
call of the Mayor. All present voted Aye.
