CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2019-47
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
ROBERT BELZER AND FAMILY
WHEREAS, Robert Belzer and Family have generously offered to donate $150.00 (the
"Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation was made in recognition of staff time for Night to Unite; and
WHEREAS, Robert Belzer and family have asked that the donation be divided, $50.00 to
Administration, $50.00 to Police, and $50.00 to Fire; and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated towards the Capital Improvement Plan which
covers equipment funds for all three departments; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Robert
Belzer and Family for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Robert Belzer and Family.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Anderson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Anderson, DesLauriers, Martin, Pederson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
