A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A VARIANCE AND RE-
VERSING RESOLUTION NO. 82- 1027PC OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby finds and determines that the variance hereinafter approved,
was denied by the Planning Commission, and that this City Council
has heretofore held a public hearing on the appeal thereof.
SECTION 2. The application of Dieter Arendt for a zone
variance for certain property in the City of Temple City, as is
more particularly described in the application on file with the
Secretary of the Planning Commission in Case 82 -663, with less
than the required side yard setback and less than the required
distance between buildings, is hereby approved, and Resolution
No. 82- 1027PC of the Planning Commission is hereby reversed, sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. Development shall take place substantially as indicated
on Plan "A ", the submitted plot plan.
2. This variance shall be for the purpose of construction
of a garage addition only and for no other purpose.
3. Except as specifically modified by this variance, all
Zoning Code and Building Code regulations shall be
complied with.
4. No public works improvements shall be required.
5. This variance shall expire after one year from date
of approval if the project for which it was approved
has not been commenced and carried on to completion.
6. Within ten (10) days of receipt of Resolution approving
variance, applicant shall file with the Planning
Department a document accepting this variance and
the above conditions.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

regular meeting thereof, held on the 2nd day of November, 1982,
by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Gillander, Swain, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
