A regular m:l,Jting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Atilt was
called to order by Mayor Girardot at 7:45 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members were present, Anderson. Fhn,
Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Sivers, Smith, Absent none.
The minutes of the preceding meeting read and approved as read.
The question of a new rump and motor for the pump house was discussed
at length. Mr Jurgensen of Fairbanks Morse Co. was present and gave an
idea of what could be expected of the Fairbanks Morse pump and motor.
Mr. Smith read a very favorable report from the state Engineer at
Boulder, Concerning the same outfit.
Hasbrouck moved seconded by Ehn that the Fairbanks Morse pump and
motor (as per specifications contained in letter of Jan.21, 1926) be
purchased and installed. Ballot spread, resulting in five for and one
against the motion, -e-.
The question of hiring a new nigh watchman discussed. This was turned
over to the Police Committee to act as they saw fit.

were read;

Smith moved seconded by Sivers, that

Sivers moved seconded by Hasbrouck,
of the Mayor. All present voted Yea.

CALLED MEETING • Feb. 8, 1x-26
A called meeting of the board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was
called to order by Mayor Girardot at 8:00 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members were present, Anderson , Ehnri.
Fullmer, Sivers, Smith. Absent, Hasbrouck.
The Mayor stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose
of discussing the hiring of a new man that Sherriff Corder had recommend-
ed very highly for marshal'. The question was discussed at length by
the Board.
Smith moved seconded by Anderson that this be turned over to the
Police committee with poor to act as they see fit. Al]. present voted
Yea.
The committee was instructed to go to LaSalle to interview this man.
The question of havin the town finance trips of such nature was
discussed. No action taken.
As there was no furthur business the meeting was dismissed.
