A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE RAISED
PAVEMENT MARKER AND THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC
STRIPING INSTALLATION JOB AS BEING COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, on June 16, 1992, a contract in the amount of
$27,350.00 was awarded to IPS Services, Inc., the lowest responsible
bidder; and
WHEREAS, the job started on June 25, 1992 and was completed
on August 13, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the total job cost is $27,350.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the job and found all work has
been completed in accordance with the project's plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Pavement
Marker and Thermoplastic Traffic Striping Installation job as being
complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this _ 15, 1992 __ day of
