A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE
EXECUTION OF CDBG SUBRECIPIENT CONTRACT
AGREEMENTS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE PROVIDERS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93

WHEREAS, on May 21, 1992, Council approved the City's CDBG
Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds; and
WHEREAS, the Projected Use of Funds included the allocation
to CDBG public service projects listed below:
1. Lynwood Natatorium
2. St. Francis Medical Center
3. Genesys Academy
4. Project Impact
5. After School Playground
6. Community Legal Services

WHEREAS, the City Council has given approval to fund the
above public service projects in the amount indicated; and
WHEREAS, contract agreements for the above projects have
been prepared in accordance with Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) and City of Lynwood guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the term of said contract agreements will be July
1, 1992 through June 30, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The contract agreements with the above CDBG
Subrecipients are hereby approved and effective as of July 1,
1992.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute 2 copies of
each contract agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of September ,
