Upon roll call the following members , wer present, Anderson, Ehn, Pul I_r,er and Sivers. Absent were Hasbrouck and Smith. The minutes of the preceedin_g minutes read and ap Troved as read. The question of granting of liscences for wresteling matches and other amusements Of like nature was discussed` at length by the board. It was decided that the town should- not lay itself li able` by the granting of liscences for such amusements. Anderson moved seconded by Sivers that B. A.Wilk i ns, Mr Fullmer, and Mrs Riedel be arpointed as judges for the coming election. All present voted Yea. Absent Hasbrouck and Smith. Fullmer moved seconded by Ehn that the clerk be instructed to order the necessary supplies for the coming election and also to have the necess- -arynotices placed in the paper. The hiring of a Park Sup't for the coming pummer discussed. The applies cations of Martin Janson, Fred Bates, and Lee Torasonwere mentioned. This was turned over to Dr. Anderson, as chairman of the park committee., the board being 1: i favor of the appointment -of Manson. All present voted. Yea. As there was no further business to come before the meeting, it was dismissed. Upon roll:: call the following members were found present; Ehn, Hasbrouck, Sivers, and Smith. Absent Anderson and Fullmer. The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved as read. Proposed Ordinance No. 86 was then read and discussed at length. Hasbrouck moved seconded by Smith that Proposed Ordinance be passed and adopted as read. Upon vote had Ehn, Hasbrouck, givers, and Smith voted Aye. Voted Nay, None. Absent Anderson and Fullmer. ORDINANCE NO. 86 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OP TRTJ STE S OF THE TOWN OF ATILT, COT1 TY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO. Section One; That there be and is hereby appropriated from the revenue of the Town of Ault, County of Weld, State of Colorado, for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 1926 A.D. and ending March' 31, 1927 A.D., amounts as follows: From the general fund to be raised by taxation, licenses and miscellaneous collections; For the maintainance of Streets, Alle:s and Sidwalks 12,074.52 .25 For the maintainance of the Fire Department 414.90 .05 For the maintainance of the Cemetery None For Salaries _ 2,074.52 .25 For the maintainance of Parks 829.F0 .10 Sinking Fund to retire water Wbrks Extent; on Bonds 2,489.41 .30 General Fund 414.90 .05 TOTAL eg-,7-73r:'(55 Section Two; There is hereby levied and appropriated a poll tax as provided in Ordinance No. 17, of Three ($3.00) Dollars upon every able- bodied male citizen between the ages of twenty-one (21) years and fifty (50) years of age, (excepting active members of the Ault Vol unt3 er Fi-te Department and an honorably discharged soldier, sailor or marine), to be collected as provided in said Ordinance. **********************
