Chairman's announcements Dr. Scherzo announced that he would be chairing the meeting in Mr. Skidmore's absence and also stated that Annie Dugan would be participating via telephone and all votes have to be done by roll call. 2. Ryder&Wilcox-continued variance request for Lot 6 Mill Pond Drive Stephanie Sequin from R& W and Dave Fulton,owner, were present. The variances requested are as follows: 1. To allow the SAS to be 215 feet from Lower Mill Pond 2. To allow the reserve SAS to be 210 feet from Lower Mill Pond 3. To allow the SAS to be located within the well protection zone 4. To allow the reserve SAS to be located within the well protection zone Mrs. Ice asked the Board if the Pond Nutrient regulation has been approved when the septic plans come to her for final approval, would she have to apply it to this property. There was no clear answer on this from the Board. Motion: Approve the variance request for Lot 6 Mill Pond Drive as presented. The applicant must come back to the Board for approval of a final system design. Motion: Joe Ford Second: Dr. Chaffee Dr. Chaffee added the following to the motion: Finding that lot 6 has 35,360 square feet of buildable upland,the main system and reserve area are as far away from Lower Mill Pond as possible,the entire property is within 300 feet of Lower Mill Pond,there is an Eversource right of way and the groundwater is flowing towards the pond. Motion: Joe Ford Second: Dr.Chaffee Vote: Annie Dugan-yes Action: Motion carried Joe Ford-yes Dr.Chaffee-yes Dr. Scherzo-yes 3. Ryder&Wilcox-continued variance request for Lot 8 Mill Pond Drive Stephanie Sequin from R& W and Dave Fulton, owner,were present. The variance requested is as follows: 1. To all the proposed well to be 12 feet from the road layout WWW.TOWN.BREWSTER.MA.US 10. Discuss and approve minutes from the 1/5/16 meeting There were some questions on a statement made about a sump pump. Mrs. Mason will check the video to make sure what was said. Motion:Approve minutes pending the clarification of the statement regarding the sump pump. Motion: Dr.Chaffee Second: Joe Ford The motion was withdrawn. Once the statement has been reviewed,the minutes will come back before the Board for another review. 11. Discuss meeting dates for March The Board agreed to meet on March 8th and 12th. 12.
