A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE
EXECUTION A HOME PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AND THE HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DE VELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, City Council ty of
has authorized the C
Lynwood's participation in the HOME Program; and
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1992, HUD reserved $750,000
in HOME Program funds for the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, obligation to funds are subject to the
execution of the Home Partnership Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Approve and adopt a resolution approving
and authorizing execution of the HOME Partnership Agreement.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or his designee is
authorized to execute three copies of the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The Community Development Director and
Finance Director are authorized to sign HUD DIrect Deposit forms.
SECTION 4. The Finance Department is authorized to set
up a separate fund to track all revenue received and monies
expended on the HOME Program.
SECTION 5. The resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
