A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'PHE
ESTABLISHING AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR
1992-93 PURSUANT TO THE ARTICLE XIIIB OF
CONSTITUTION.
CITY OF LYNWOOD
THE FISCAL YEAR
THE CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitutions
provides that the total annual appropriations subject to the
limitations of each governmental entity, including this City, shall
not exceed the appropriation limit of such entity of government for
the prior year adjusted for changes in the cost of living or
personal income and population, except as otherwise provided for in
said Article XIIIB and implementing State statutes; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Article XIIIB of said
California Constitution, and section 7900 et seq. of the California
Government Code, the City is required to set its appropriation
limit for each fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, said total annual appropriation subject to
limitation of the City of Lynwood has been computed by the Director
of Finance in accordance with provisions of Article XIIIB and
Government Code Section 7900, proposition 111 et seq.; and,
WHEREAS, based on such calculations the Director of
Finance has determined the said appropriation limit and pursuant to
Section 7910 of said California Government Code, has made available
to the public the documentation used in the determination of said
appropriation limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determiane and resolve as follows:

Section 1. That the Appropriation limit for Fiscal Year
1992--93 shall be and is hereby set in the amount of 11,332,864
for said Fiscal Year.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
