A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT NO. 9
TO THE LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT N0. 07-5250,
FOR THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS
IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
intends to continually improve and enhance public safety; and
WHEREAS, the City has applied for Federal Aid Urban
System Projects funds to improve Long Beach Boulevard Widening
Project between Agnes Street and Palm Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that:
Section 1. The City Council adopts Supplement No. 9
to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 07-5250, for the improvement
of Long Beach Boulevard between Agnes Street and Palm Avenue in
the City of Lynwood in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II
of said agreement.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to
execute said Supplement to the Local Agency-State Agreement
No. 07-5250.
Section 3. This resolution shall take
effect immediately upon its adoption.
