A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE COMMUNITY/TRANSIT CENTER AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on July 22, 1991, a contract for the construction of
a new Community/Transit Center was awarded to the low bidder, Neko
Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the project commenced on August 26, 1992 and is now
complete; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the work performed by Neko
Corporation is $2,580,493.91; and
WHEREAS, the project has been inspected by the construction
monitoring consultant, Martinez Architects, Inc. and has been found
to be in compliance with plans and specifications for the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby resolve as follows:

1992.
Section 1. That the Community/Transit Center construction
project is accepted as complete.
Section 2. That this resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
