.A Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret was
called to order by Council President Stanley Gutowski at approximately 7:00
P M, at the Municipal Court /police Facility, 230 Roosevelt Avenue,
Carteret, New Jersey.
Upon individual roll call vote, the following were noted present:

Mailed to the Home News Tribune, the Star Ledger and posted on the
bulletin board on June 19, 1998.
The purpose of this meeting is to adopt a resolution to go into Closed
Session, Re: PBA Grievance.
RESOLUTION #98-174 was introduced by the Council President and
referred to the Council for action
Upon MMS&C, Council members Failace and O'Brien

"RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION"
was adopted. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Crilley, Failace,
Fazekas, Failace, Gutowski, and O'Brien voted in the affirmative.
Councilmember Mancuso was noted absent
At approximately 7:05 P.M., a closed session was held.

the meeting was opened to the public.

Failace and Fazekas and unanimous affirmative vote of the five (5) members
present, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:06 P. M.
