A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE MERVYN DYMALLY
CONGRESSIONAL PARK GRADING/FLOOD CONTROL AND
DRAINAGE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT
' NO. 5-5173, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on February 18, 1997, the City Council awazded a contract of
$119,800.00 to Southern California Grading, Inc. for the Mervyn Dymally Congressional Park
Grading/Flood Control and Drainage System Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on April 7, 1997, and was completed on
May 16, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $110,022.46; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Mervyn Dymally Congressional
Park Grading/Flood Control and Drainage System Improvement Project, Project No. 5-5173, as
' being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
