A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE MERVYN DYMALLY
CONGRESSIONAL PARK STORM DRAIN CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5173, AS BEING COMPLETE
~ WHEREAS, on April 1, 1997, the City Council awarded a contract of $89,504.23 to
R.L. Sewer Inc. for the Mervyn Dymally Congressional Park Storm Drain Construction ProjecT, and
WHEREAS, the project started on May 12, 1997, and was completed on
June 9, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $86,062.85; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Mervyn Dymally Congressional
Park Storm Drain Construction Project, Project No. 5-5173, as being complete in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
