A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING RESOLUTION
NO. 82 -1032 P.C. (TENTATIVE TRACT 36735)
WITH MODIFICATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to proper proceedings, Resolution No. 82 -1032 PC
of the Planning Commission is hereby approved, as amended.
SECTION 2. The amendments are as follows: Conditions No. 18, 19,
and 20 shall read as follows:
18. Provide for the installation of a gas mains system
per Section 9503 of the Temple City Zoning Code.
19. Provide for the installation of an underground
electrical and telephone system per Section 9503
of the Temple City Zoning Code.
20. Provide for the installation of an underground
cable television system to each house per Section
9503 of the Temple City Zoning Code..
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution and to its approval by the Mayor and
shall cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the
City of Temple City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, and APPROVED this 16th day of November, 1982.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on
the 16th day of November, 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Swain, Tyrell

ABSENT: Councilmen -None
