Anderson moved, Peterson seconded that Saturday ray 8th be set as Town Clean-up day. All present voted Aye. Andes = on as Chairman of th -,treat & Alley committee was asked to make out the form and have the notices printed. Changing of the fiscal year to end Dec. 31 instead of March 31 was discussed. The Mayor had obtained from the Colorado Munici- al League a coy of an ordinance covering this same thing, which had been adopted by the City of Rocky Ford. No action was taken. Smith moved, Young seconded, that the terms of payment as outlined in the letter of Fairbanks Morse & Co. dated April 26, 1926. be accented. All present voted Aye. Absent Anderson and Sivers. Laying of the water main on East third street was discussed. It was decided that Marti n Janssen could tap the main at ..the corner of East Second Street and Third Avenue and take the water to his closest property line. As there t xs dismissed. and Absent no further business to come before the meeting, it was 1704e 4 Mayor Clerk & Recorder CALLFD MEETING MrAY13, 1925 A special meeting, of the Board of Trustees of the Town(of Ault was called to order by Mayor Girardot at 2:00 P.M. Upon rol call the following members were present, Anderson, Hasbrouck, Peterson, Sivers, Young, Absent Smith. The hayor stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose of confirming th,3 committees appointment of W.L .Curry as nightwatch and marshall. The duties and hours of duty of the marshall were discussed. Sivers, moved , Hasbrouck seconded that W.L.Curry be appointed Town r_-arshall, to serve at the will and pleasure of the board, at the salary of $125.00 per month along with t' e upkeep of his motor -cycle-. All present voted Aye. Absent Smith. The meeting was dismissed. Mayor Clerk & Recorder
