A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE AGNES STREET, BEECHWOOD AVENUE AND
DUNCAN AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5196,
AS BEING COMPLETE
' WHEREAS, on April 1, 1997, the City Council awazded a contract of $147,050.00
to J.H. Rentals for the Agnes Street, Beechwood Avenue and Duncan Avenue Improvement
Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on April 14, 1997, and was completed on
May 27, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $160,675.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Agnes Street, Beechwood Avenue
and Duncan Avenue Improvement Project, Project No. 5-5196, as being complete in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
