RESOLUTION 2016-08-01
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF WATER AND SEWER
SERVICE FEES FOR 115 NORGREN AVENUE
WHEREAS, a significant water service line leak was identified during sewer work near 115
Norgren Avenue and the service was turned off to stop water loss and was necessary to
complete the sewer work. The water service line remained turned off for 3 months. Ultimately it
was determined that the water service leak resulted from the sewer work. Staff believes that in
addition to effecting the repairs, the Town should waive service fees for the property for one
quarter; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. Staff is authorized to waive the water and sewer service fees for 115 Norgren Avenue for
one quarter.
