retroactive to August 1st for anything over 173 hours per month, with a
maximum of 42 hours over time at $3.75 per hour.

water accounts for the Hamel area project.

and Goerge Gubbins, Jr., Attorney and went over the water and sewer assessment
lists to make suggestions and correstions.
