Cleerk REGULAR ME 'TING Oct,, 5th,1926 A regular mebting of the Board of Trusties of the Town of Ault was called to order by Mayor Pro -T mpore Sivers at 8:00 P.M. on the above date. Upon roll call the following members were found present, Anderson, Hasbrouck, Peterson, Smith and Young. Absent none. The minutes of the preeeeding meeting were read and approved as read. All present voted Aye. The application of Starkey, Rica and Fiddler to tap the water main was read and discussed at length. Smith moved, Peterson seconded that the application of Starkey, Rice, and Fiddler for extention of the water be granted with the provision that said line be installed according to City ordinance, with proper safeguard to the Town8 interest. Said exten- tion to be installed at the expense of these three men. All present voted Aye. Sivers stated that the Great Western Sugar Co. also desired to connect with the City water at the Alfalfa mill for the pourpose of exper : nting with sprinkling beets. Anderson moved, Hasbrouck seconded that the Great Western Sugar Co., be allowed to connect with the water main at the Al- falfa Mill for the pourpose of expermenting with sprinkling beets for the year 1:926. All present voted Aye. Sivers reported that the contract for installation of a Police light had been signed and returned by the Telephone Co., and that the light would be installed as soon as the linemen could get at it. The Clerk was instructed to write to Mrs Capehart in regard to the condition of her building adjoining the Ault Advertiter. Proposed Ordinance No.88 which had been read for the third time was discussed. Smith moved that r oposed Ordinance No.88 be adopted as read and that the same is hereby ordered published in the Ault Advertiser. Anderson seconded this mot ion, , All present voted Aye. Young moved, Peterson seconded that the meeting adjourn subject to the call of the Mayor Pro-Tempore. All present voted Aye. Mayor Pro-Tem Clerk
