Library Building Committee Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Rick Pomroy. Kathy Cockcroft, Philip O'Brien,Jeff Gardner, Chris
Kenney, and Charlie Sumner present.Joan Cassidy viewed the meeting by Skype.
The minutes of the January 6th and January 201h meetings were approved. The committee discussed the
comments from the public forum on January 20, 2016.There was a concern for meeting spaces and easy
access.
The committee decided it was time to meet with Rosemary Waltos, State Library Building Consultant,to
review the plans. Kathy Cockcroft would contact Rosemary to schedule a date. Schematic plans would
need to be updated before the meeting.Another Public Forum was scheduled for Saturday April 23,
2016 at 9:00 a.m. Meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
