Siver s stated that Mr .Fiddler wished to connect with the city water
at his alley ey instead of in front of his house as was originally planned.
After some discussion this was turned over to the Water corks Committee.
r. Peterson reported that he had communicated with the Railroad off-
icials in regard to repairing the e fence around the R. R. Park and that they
had signified there intention of fixing it in the spring.
The condition of various as hpits .4.s discussed. Mr.Curry reported that
he had notified all of the tenants of this condition and requested theca

The matter of buying chemicals for the Fire Department a j again dis-
cussed at length. ? th moved, Peterson seconded that the Fire committee
of the Board meet with the committee_ appointed by. the Fire Chief and
purchase extinguishers not to exceed $100.00 in value. Al present voted

Mr.Curry reported that with the help of the school authorities he had
succ ede d in stopping the school children from playing On the park. He also
reported that the. Curtis building north of the. Ault Booster had been torn
down and removed.

warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the same. Unon vote had all present

rrov ided in Ordinance NO. 17, of Thr se ( 3.00) Dollars upon every able-
bodied male citizen between the ages of Twenty-one (21) years and fifty
(50) years of age, (excepting active members of the Au { t Vol.Fire Depaz t-
ment, a.nd an honorably discharged soldier, sailor or r arine ), to be coll-
ected as provided in said Ordinance.
