1. Call to Order
Tom Boyd, Chair, called the meeting of the Riverside County Transportation
Commission (RCTC) Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to order at 10:00 A.M.
at Riverside County Administrative Center, 4080 Lemon Street, 3rd Floor,
Riverside, CA.

3. Approval of Minutes
MIS/C (Harry/Perez) to approve the October 15, 2007 minutes as
submitted.
4. Public Comments
There were no public comments.
5. Requirements for Photogrammetry and Surveys on all CT Highway Projects
Carlos Camarillo, Supervising Transportation Surveyor, Caltrans District 8,
provided a short presentation on the requirements for photogrammetry and
surveys on all Caltrans highway projects. A Required Materials to Review
Consultant Photogrammetric Mapping form was distributed. Jim Appleton, Office
Chief, Caltrans, Chief Photograrnmetrist, presented an overview of the
requirements for local agency project managers to be aware of as they proceed
with projects on the state highway system.
6. Local Assistance Report
An update on Local Assistance was provided by Sean Yeung, Caltrans. The
Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation project call is due to Nivine Georges
by November 30, 2007_ The limit is $350,000 per project. There are three
project categories that qualify: landscape enhancement to improve air quality;
enhancement of watersheds, wildlife habitat, or other significant natural areas;
