RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
PLAN FOR FY24-FY28
WHEREAS, the City Council and City staff have developed a Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) to address
the community's current and future capital needs; and,
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing has been published as required by Iowa Code 384.15; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing concerning the CIP on March 28, 2023.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The Capital Improvements Plan for FY24-FY28, as attached, is approved.
SECTION 2: Staff's action to publish the required notice is hereby ratified.
SECTION 3: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this resolution.
