7:15 PM Application for Special Permit

Members Sitting: Mr. Warren, Ms. Rose, Ms. Clark, Ms. Knight, Mr. Savignano
Ms. Bennett stated the house is pre-existing non -conforming and they have owned the property since
1992. She stated they are running out of room so they are proposing to make the porch larger and add a
family room. She state they are asking for 5 feet of side setback relief. Mr. Warren stated the Board has
looked at the proposal and spoken with Mr. Shepard.
Mr. Warren asked if there were any public comments and there were none.
Ms. Rose moved to close the public hearing. The motion was seconded by Mr. Savignano and passed
unanimously.
Ms. Rose moved to find the proposed alteration would not be substantially more detrimental to the
neighborhood and grant a special permit under 210-128 for the change. The motion was seconded by Ms.
Clark and passed unanimously.
Ms. Rose moved to grant a special permit under 210-119 for 5 feet of side setback relief on the easterly
side on a finding of an irregular shape lot with the condition that the amended plans dated November
2013 be attached. The motion was seconded by Ms. Clark and passed unanimously.

Ms. Rose moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
