A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DELINEATING CERTAIN LOCATIONS FOR
THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF PIPELINES
AND OTHER FACILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH A
FRANCHISE GRANTED TO PACIFIC PIPELINE SYSTEM,
INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF LYNWOOD FINDS, DETERMINES~ AND
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pacific Pipeline System, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, was qranted a pipeline franchise by Ordinance No.
~.46Ci •
Section 2. That Ordinance provides that the franchisee
may not install or operate any facilities in, under, along or
across any streets within the City of Lynwood without prior
agproval by Resolution of the City Council.
' Section 3. The City Council finds and determines that
the public interest will be served by limitinq the installation
and operation of pipelines and other facilities by Pacific
Pipeline System, Inc. to those certain streets, highways, roads,
alleys and other public places dedicated to public use that are
generally described in Exhibit "A," and the approximate locations
of which are more specifically described in Exhibit "B."
Section 4. This resolution will become operative on
the date that Ordinance No. 1466 becomes effective.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1 H day of
SEPTEMBER , 1997.

A single , 20" diameter insulated crude oil pipeline and
associated fiber optic communication system, approximately 6,230
feet in lenqth, partly within portions of the easterly and
westerly roadways of Alameda Street, and partly within a portion
of the southerly roadway of Fernwood Avenue, all in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California, the
approximate locations of which are shown colored red on the
attached EXHIBIT "B" consisting of marked up copies of the
following three (3) Assessor's Maps:
1. Book 6207, page 35;
2. Book 6170, page 1;
3. Book 6169, page 32;

shown on eight Preliminary Drawings, Nos. 117M0446 to 117M0452
and 117M10o1, that have been prepared by Pacific Pipeline System,
Inc., and are on file with the Director of Public Works.
