A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DENYING
APPEAL NO. APL 97-06 AND UPHOLDING
THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
DECISION DENYING CONDTTIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. CUP 97-12, A PROPOSAL FOR
THE OPERATION OF A TRUCK TRAILER
STORAGE FACILITY AT 11628 LOUISE
AVENUE, LYNWOOD, CA IN THE M
(MANUFACTURING) ZONE.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council, pursuant to law, on September 16, 1997
conducted a public hearing on the appeal of the subject application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered all pertinent testimony offered at the
public heazing; and
WHEREAS, the Director of the CommuniTy Development Department has
determined that the proposal could not have a significant effect on the environment, and a
Negative Declazation has been prepared, therefore;
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines as follows:

a. That the proposed location of the conditional use will be detrimental to the public
health, safery, or welfaze, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
i n 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby denies Appeal No.
APL 97-06 and upholds the decision of the Planning Commission denying Conditional Use
Permit Na CUP 97-12.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ] 6th day of September, 1997, by members of the City
Council, voting as follows:
