RESOLUTION NO. 83 -2130
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A VARIANCE AND RE-
VERSING RESOLUTION NO. 82- 1040PC OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby finds and determines that the variance hereinafter approved,
was denied by the Planning Commission, and that this City Council
has heretofore held a public hearing on the appeal thereof.
SECTION 2. The application of Iris Fiorito for a zone
variance for certain property in the City of Temple City, as is
more particularly described in the application on file with the
Secretary of the Planning Commission in Case 82 -669, with sub-
standard lot areas and substandard lot widths, is hereby approved,
and Resolution No. 82- 1040PC of the Planning Commission is hereby
reversed, subject to the following conditions:
(1) That this variance is granted for the land as described
in the application and as shown on the plot plan sub-
mitted, labeled Plan "A ".
(2) That within 30 days hereof, the applicant shall file
with the City Clerk of the City of Temple City written
acceptance of the conditions noted herein on forms
provided by the Planning Department.
(3) That all requirements of any law, ordinance or regulation
of the State, City of Temple City, or any other govern-
mental entity shall be complied with.
(4) That this approval is subject to the applicant paying
all fees and assessments to the City of Temple City as
required by ordinance.
(5) That this variance is granted for a one -year period
of time ending February 1, 1984. Upon the pending
expiration of this variance the applicant may request,
by filing an application for modification, that the.
City Council will review the case for a possible,
extension of time.
(6) That all conditions of Tentative Parcel Map 15431 are
hereby incorporated by reference and made a condition
of this variance.
(7) That an approval granted by the City Council does not
constitute a building permit or authorization to begin
any construction. An appropriate permit issued by the
Los Angeles County Building Department must be acquired
prior to constructing, enlarging, moving, converting or
demolishing any building or structure within the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 1st day of February, 1983,
by the following vote of the Council:
