Feb. 17, 1927
A called meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault
w as calledto order by Mayor Pro —Ter pore Sivers at 7:45 P.M.

Mr. Curry then told the :oard that the Ordinances in regard to
collecting dog tax and change of fiscal year were conflicting and
he was having dificulty in collecting the dog tax. This was discus—
sed at length, and after various opinions were advanced, the Board
decided hive an attorney draw up some Ordinances changing the
collecting of licenses to conform with the change of the fiscal year.
The Board also decided to have the Ordinances revised and put
in booklet form. This was turned over to the Judiciary Committee.
As there was no furthur business to come before the meeting it
was dismissed.

A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault
was called to order by Mayor Pro—Tei ore Sivers at 8:00 P.M. on
the above date.
Upon roll call the following membe-rs were found present, Anderson,
Hasbrouck, Peterson, Smith and Young. Absent none.
The minutes of the preceoding mee•G ngs were read and approved as
read.
Mr. Smith, chairman of the Judiciary cor:mittee reported that he
had talked with Mr.Kelley in regard to amending the Town Ordinances
and that Mr.Kelley had promised to let the committee know when he
could meet with them, but that they had heard nothing from them to
date.
The following bills having been checked by the finance committee
were read,

Hasbrouck roved, An:. erson, seconded. that the bills be allowed as
re: -_d and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the same. All 7resent
voted Aye.
Anderson moved that Mrs. Fullmer, Mrs.Riedel, and C.A.Brayton be
appointed Judges of the coming election. Hasbrouck seconded this
motion. All present voted Aye.
The Clerk was instructed to order the necessary election supplies
and to have the notices put in the paper.

Young roved, Smith seconded that the meeting adjourn subject to
the cail of the Mayor Pro —Tenn ore. Al:. present voted Aye.
