September 9, 1970 at 7:05 P. M.

All members and Tom Stevens present.
Marlon Haugen appeared with regard to water rates in the Medina-Morningside
DeveTInment. Moved by Arthur Theis that we change the present rate for
1000 gallons from 500 to 800 and $15.00 per quarter minimum, $25.00 hook-up
inspection fee for new owners and a $25.00 deposit fee for new users and
that the plumbing and meters be inspected by the blinding inspectoox

Motion carried.
Moved by Raymond Bosch that the effective date on the rate change be
October 1, 1970.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers
Motion carried.
John Miller appeared re Mobile Home Park. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that
the application for a 780 unit mobile home park be denied.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
Moved by Arthur Theis to set up a special meeting for working on the
Budget for September 16, 1970 at 7:00 P. M.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Moved by Raymond Bosch that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers
Motion carried.
