1985 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the 1986 Budget.
Present: Mayor, Thomas Anderson; Councilmembers, Anne Heideman, Wilfred Scherer,
Robert Mitchell, William Reiser; Police Chief, Michael Sankey; Public
Works Director, James Dillman; Planning and Zoning Administrator, JoEllen
Hurr; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl (8:15P.M.)
Council reviewed requested budgets of the Public Works, Park, Sewer, Water
Public Safety and Planning and Zoning Departments.
Fire Chief Julius Dorweiler and Firemen Tom Gregor and Don DesLauriers appeared to
discuss the Hamel Fire Department budget for 1986 and a request for $32,000 from
Medina for 1986.
Moved by Heideman, seconded by Mitchell to pay the fire departments on a quarterly
basis beginning in 1986.
Motion declared carried
Councilmember Wilfred Scherer left at 8:45 P.M.
Council discussed the requested budget of the Police Department.
Moved by Heideman, seconded by Reiser to discuss the budget again at the September 17
meeting and if necessary hold another meeting on September 23rd.
Motion declared carried.
Moved by Heideman, seconded by Reiser to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
