PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: March 14, 2023 TIME: 6:30 p.m.
NOTE: The public hearing was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance with open meeting
laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. Welcome
1.1 Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Heddlesten.
1.2 Roll Call - Council members present: Adams, DCamp, Jurgena, Littrel. Absent: Halsey. Also
present: City Administrator Consultant Hinson (via video), Deputy Clerk Tripp, Public Works
Operations Manager Ballard, Engineer Cooper, and other residents and visitors.
1.3 Agenda Approval - Motion by Jurgena, seconded by Adams, to approve the agenda. All ayes.

2. Presentation of Project Information - Engineer Cooper presented information about the City Hall
Parking Lot Reconstruction project.
3. Public Comment - Engineer Cooper answered questions from Council, the Mayor, City staff, and the
public.
4. Discussion - Council discussed the project.
5. Adjournment - Motion to adjourn by Adams, seconded by Jurgena. All ayes. MC. The public hearing
was formally adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
