A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING STAFF'S REPORT
ON CONTRACT CHANGE ORDERS FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE PERIOD OF
AUGUST 1, 1997 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 1997

WHEREAS, on March 15, 1994, the City Council adopted Ordinance No.
1932 amending Section 6-3.15 to the City of Lynwood Municipal Code pertaining to
contract change orders; and
WHEREAS, Article F of said section specifies that a report on contract
change orders he prepared and submitted to the City Council by the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, said report shall be prepared not less frequently than every
three (3) months; and
WHEREAS, the change order report for the period of May 1, 1997 to
July 31, 1997 was approved by the City Council on August 19, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the report for period from August 1, 1997 to
October 31, 1997, is now due and herewith attached; and
WHEREAS, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
,
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves staffs report on capital
improvement project contract change orders for the period of August 1, 1997 to
October 31, 1997.
Section 2. That this resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of
November ,1997.
