Sivers seconded this notion. All present voted Aye. The following list of bills were read and ok' ed by the finance comm- ittee. The Board decided to vote by ballot on this bill, for and against paymentA and the amount was also to be written in. This vote resulted in fiV6 Ayes and one Nay, for payment of something, with :.two votes for payment of $50.00 and two votes for payment of 8100.00. The Mayor then voted to break this tie and voted to allow $100.00 Young moved, Smith seconded that the bills be allowed as read and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for -he same. All present voted Aye. Hasbrouck moved, Anderson seconded that Fred Browning be given a deed to lots No. 1 & 2 in section No. 15 of Block 4 in the Ault Cemetery. All present voted Aye. The Clerk stated that he would like to hav e the W. =t .Committee a - raise some of the old equipment now laying idle in the pumping plant with a view of listing it for sale with a Mr. Murphy of Boulder. The Clerk was instructed to call the finance comrit tee togath.er to audit the books. Young moved, Sivers seconded that :she meeting adjourn subject to the call of the Mayor. All present voted Aye. '&4/ Town Clerk LO, ,Et-ot4 Special Meeting Mayor April 12, 1927 A special Meeting; of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order by Mayor Girardot at 7:30 P.M. on the above date. Upon rol: call the following members were found _ present, Anderson, Hasbrouck, Peterson, Sivers, and Young. Absent Smith. The Minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved as read. The a; or stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose, of closing up the years business and turning the affairs of the Town over to the newly elected Mayor and Trustees.
