RESOLUTION NO. 97-14G
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH CALIFORNIA WESTERN
ARBORISTS, INC., IN CONNECTION WITH THE TREE OF LIFE--YOUTH
TRAINEE PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THAT
AGREEMENT
' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FINDS, DETERMINES AND
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council approves, in the form presented
to this meeting, an "Agreement for Services" between the City and
California Western Arborists, Inc., in connection with the Tree
of Life--Youth Trainee Program, and authorizes the Mayor.to~sign
that Agreement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is directed to certify to the
passage and adoption of this resolution.
