Kindra Jackson Joins Town of Leesburg as Business
Development Manager
Leesburg, VA (May 6, 2015) - The Town of Leesburg
announced today that Kindra Jackson has been hired as
the new Business Development Manager for the Town.
Ms. Jackson is currently the Employment Services
Coordinator with the Loudoun Workforce Resource
Center. She will be joining the Town of Leesburg on
June 15, 2015.
A Certified Workforce Development Professional,
Kindra Jackson has been with the Loudoun Workforce
Resource Center since January 2010. Prior to her
current position, Ms. Jackson worked for Fayetteville
State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She
holds a Master’s Degree in Eduation specializing in
Adult Learning and Development from Strayer
University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from
Winston-Salem State University.
“Having worked with Kindra on a number of projects including our HUBZone recruitment
efforts, I know she is going to be a true asset to the Town’s economic development program,”
said Marantha Edwards, Leesburg’s Economic Development Director. “She already has a great
rapport with Leesburg businesses that will help her hit the ground running.”
