RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DIRECTING STAFF TO SEND NOTICE TO
USA WASTE SERVICES, INC. OF THE CITY'S INTENTION
TO TERMINATE THE EXISTING REFUSE COLLECTION
CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT TERMS.
, The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order
and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That staff is directed to send notice to USA Waste Services
Inc., informing USA Waste Services of the City's intention to terminate the existing
refuse collection contract in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
