RESOLUTION NO. 83 -2135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT
FOR ANNEXATION NO. LD 83 -1 TO THE CITY -WIDE
LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 83 -2134, the City Council ordered
the Engineer to prepare a report in accordance with Article 4,
Chapter 1, Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution, the Engineer filed the
report with the City Clerk on the 26th day of January, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has submitted the report to the City
Council and the City Council now has reviewed and examined the
report as so submitted,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The report prepared by the Engineer pursuant to
Resolution No. 83 -2134 and filed with the City Clerk is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 1st day of February, 1983, by the following vote of the
Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Swain, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
