A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING TRACT MAP N0. 52143,
AND ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR
DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AS SHOWN ON
TRACT MAP 52143
~ WHEREAS, the Final Map, Tract Map No. 52143, has been
reviewed by the City Engineer and found to have been prepared in
conformance with and consistent with the approved tentative map,
the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with, or will bond
for, all the Engineering Division improvement requirements, prior
to recordation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary of the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easements
as shown on Tract Map No. 52143; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
t Section 1. That the City Council approves the Final
Map, Tract Map No. 52143.
Section 2. That the City Council accepts the
dedication of easements for street purposes to the City of
Lynwood offered for dedication, as designated on
Tract Map No. 52143.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of
January , 1998.
