• EXECUTIVE SESSION —To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have
detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.

• Site Plan Review: #2016-01 -- Applicant: Town of Brewster; Owner: Town of Brewster;
Representative: John M. O'Reilly &Associates, Inc. Property located at 1822 Main Street,
Assessors' Map 57, Lot 39 (formerly Map 25, Lot 8) in the RM Zoning District. Pursuant to
MGL Ch. 40A, § 9 and Town of Brewster Zoning By-law, Section 179-51 (A, 5) and 179-66
(A-H), the applicant seeks to expand the existing parking area, reconfigure traffic pattern and
improve drainage. Project also involves paving a portion of gravel parking area of the Brewster
Baptist Church. 1
• Road Betterment Protect: # 2015-26 For consideration of the Town to undertake a road repair under 3
the Town's Betterment and Assessment Program in accordance with Article Vill, Temporary Road Repair,
Section 157-20 of Brewster's Code, for the following roads; Rocky Hill Road (Map 24)
• Road_Betterment Proiect: # 2015-27 For consideration of the Town to undertake a road repair under
the Town's Betterment and Assessment Program in accordance with Article Vill, Temporary Road Repair,
Section 157-20 of Brewster's Code, for the following roads; Leona Terrace (Map 76)
• Modification of Permit: #2015-24 (continued hearing from January 13, 2016) - Applicant:
Cape Sand and Recycling, LLC.; Property is located at 1517 Freeman's Way and shown on
Assessors' Map 131; Parcel 3 (formerly Map 45, Lot 72) in the Industrial (I) zoning district. The
applicant is seeking to modify a special permit#2011-01 for a sand and gravel operation pursuant
to Section 179-39 (Sand and Gravel Operations) of the zoning by-laws and MA General taws
Chapter 40A Section 9 to begin mining a new area.
