• Site Plan Review/ Use Special Permit: #2016-05—Applicant: Jeffrey Drown. Property located at
25 Black Duck Cartway, Assessors' Map 10, Lot 59 (formerly Map 38, Lot 72) in the RR Zoning District.
The Applicants are seeking a Site Plan Special Permit and Use Special Permit for construction of a two
phase, 250kW ground mounted solar array.
